AURAK’s Executive Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA or EMBA) program in the UAE is designed for mid-career and senior professionals who want to accelerate their career progression and develop higher-level skills for senior leadership roles. It provides students with a comprehensive understanding of business operations and strategy and the ability to analyze and solve complex business problems. In addition to traditional classroom learning, our Executive MBA program includes virtual classes, thanks to its hybrid format. It provides a range of experiential learning opportunities, such as case studies, collaborative online international learning, consulting projects, and simulations, to prepare students to navigate the complexities of the ever-changing business landscape. Graduates of the EMBA program can look forward to a wide range of senior leadership roles.

Program Mission

The overall aims of the program are:
